These terms apply to anyone who opens an account on winbuzz.im where local law permits it. If you are in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not permitted, the terms do not create a right of access and your account may be restricted.

Yes. Submit a data access request through the Help Centre form with your account ID. We will compile and send your data in a readable format within 30 days of verifying your identity, free of charge for one request per year.

Raise a dispute within 30 days of the transaction date using the Help Centre or live chat. Include the transaction reference number and the amount. We investigate and provide a written outcome within five business days of acknowledgement.

Transaction records are retained for seven years as required by applicable financial law. After the retention period, personal identifiers are anonymised. We do not use retained data for any marketing purpose after account closure.
